Well we are into day 3 already. I hope that you've been getting some nice gains so far.
Remember to send in your gains either in the Facebook group or by emailing me. Even if you feel like your gains are small, that's just the mind trying to get you not to acknowledge your progress. So overcome that fear and send in your gains. 🙂
Most of the questions I get are to the effect of, “Am I doing this right?” Or, “Am I feeling the right things?”
Or, people just don't know how their goal is going to happen, so they try to figure out how to get the goal.
So I have several techniques today to get the mind to quiet down a bit.
However, the mind is always trying to start back up again, so you have to be persistent with these techniques.
